Cosmic Materialism is a cultural philosophical concept that amalgamates transcendental cosmic knowledge and intelligent futuristic technology within its own musically psychedelic inspired aesthetic. The artworks that I produce either superficially or profoundly represent the core ideas of Cosmic Materialism. Some of the ideas in this text may seem controversial, but I guarantee you that they are actually not. Cosmic Materialism is not meant to be a revolutionary movement nor as some kind of religious movement. It is merely an avenue for cosmic ideas. Therefore, anyone is welcome to challenge the ideas that are presented herein, but please take into account that the purpose is to build on the concepts.

The goal of Cosmic Materialism is to at least theoretically fashion a friendly planetary culture that is ultimately based on cosmic exploration, enjoyment and minimal stress. Human society is not meant to be a struggle for existence. Intelligent humans can easily recognise the difference of purpose between animals and humans. The similarities are obvious, but so are the differences. By observing history, we can see that all cultures are based on some kind of idea. Some ideas lead to genocide, some ideas lead to great fast-food and some ideas lead to Criporial Turdism.

As a symbolic language base for Cosmic Materialism, I have designed a grid that attempts to systemize the iconography that is found in many of my paintings. It was during a “Neuro-Molecular Consciousness Exploration” that I intuitively realized the fact of “Transmigration” and “Godhead” without ever having taken seriously these concepts. I did NOT realize that “Wow, I am actually God”, or that “Wow, reality is generated from my Mind”. These ideas are false for any human being who is still brought to his knees by the urges of his bowels.  Any person who claims to be the incarnation or avatar of God must please prove to me in private that he is able to generate a fully functional Solar System from his nostrils.
PS. I will not publicize this.

Anyways, this event confirmed to me the undeniable potential of “Neuro-Molecular Technology” to temporarily instigate spiritual perception or at least profound personal insight into the nature of reality. The ancient term for this cosmic knowledge is known as “Veda”.

So, after this cosmic experience I spontaneously started drawing strange amoeboid shapes and strange orbs with facial expressions. This was probably some subconscious manifestation of my musical tendencies and fascination with objects in outer space.

As time progressed, I have come to realise how elegantly these orbs fit into a grid that represents Soul Personalities. This grid is a combination of the “8 Circuit Grid of Consciousness” as articulated by Professor Timothy Leary, Dr. John Lilly and Robert Anton Wilson amongst others and the description of the “Modes of Nature” and soul as spoken by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Krsna, 5000 years ago.

So, “The Grid of Nature” is an attempt to fuse Veda with scientific evolutionary theories of consciousness and personality. It is still in the 1st stage of development.
My philosophical friend Rodney Radical has already suggested a second stage development of this grid. I will post this at a later date.

The orbs in this grid make appearances in many of my paintings. Sometimes they have significance as to the meaning of the painting and other times they are just there like particles or observers. As I will discuss later, the soul is anti-material. Thus, these orbs also represent anti-matter. A singular orb is called an “Arche-Stereo Spark” or an “A.S.S”. A swarm of “A.S.S” is thus an “A.S.S.S”.

Stereotype – fixed idea.
The “Spark” aspect comes from the fact that every living entity is a fractional, puny living molecule of the Absolute.

So, an A.S.S represents anything that is manifested in material reality or Time/Space. Cultures, People, Planets, Animals, Stories etc… can all be represented by this system. The goal of Cosmic Materialism is to achieve an extra-terrestrial culture with cosmic knowledge in the mode of goodness – thus it aims to be represented by a round A.S.S with a smile and three eyes. This A.S.S is partially removed from the strict Time/Space matrix, whereas animals are completely under the control of the “Modes of Nature” and the laws of Time/Space. This is what is traditionally known as “Illusion” or “Maya”. All souls are qualitatively equal, but the animal’s senses aren’t arranged in a favourable manner to seek unconditional reality beyond Space/Time. 

Not all A.S.S’s are round, but this will be shown in a consequent grid. For example, the triangle represents the “Mode of Passion”. Triangular A.S.S’s make appearances in many paintings because the current global culture generally fits the profile of a triangular A.S.S. Generally, when swarms of A.S.S are present, a hyperdimension is represented and when few of them are present, a more cohesive idea is represented.
In this Level 1 grid, the vertical axis represents evolution of the soul, as well as external appearances such as civilizational evolution, planetary evolution and also evolution of species.

Ultimately, the A.S.S system represents the quantum reality of personality. Personality functions on different gradients of energy absorption and emission and therefore, certain personalities are attractive and other repulsive. Despite any systematic categorization, fundamental Soul Personality is infinite and a manifestation of a process that is separate from Time/Space.  

The impersonal aspect of Cosmic Materialism is very literal. Fluorescent paint is an example of a cosmic material.

So, the culture of Cosmic Materialism is a relatively open forum for ideas and for me it is ultimately just an excuse to imagine cool things with cutting edge knowledge and a cool cultural environment in mind. It is based on a vision that I had of a futuristic planet and also on the realization that the cosmic future is not actually that difficult to achieve, considering the amount of dispersed knowledge that currently exists on this planet. With the possibilities of the Cyberdimension, imagination can at least now be realised as a creation in a man-made non-conditional space. 

It would be really fun if people could articulate some concepts and send the ideas to me in the “Contact” tab. There are billions of cosmic civilizations in the universe. It is therefore not such a big deal that this planet might inevitably reach some kind of cosmic status.

The current global culture has created a need for intricate investigation into the technological malleability of matter, but has not really welcomed the investigation and integration of consciousness – the absolute basis of our daily lives. Every single person can attest to the fact that they are conscious, but what do they know about the possibilities of this fact? If you are reading this, then you are experiencing consciousness.
